Coach Dong Lin
Coach Dong Lin began training clients in October 2020, starting with a family friend’s son who wanted to lose weight. That first client still trains with him today—stronger, healthier, and living proof of what consistent training can achieve.
With a background in Wushu martial arts since the age of eight and over ten years of strength training experience, Coach Lin blends discipline, athletic skill, and science-based methods in his coaching approach. He is NASM Certified as a Personal Trainer (CPT) and Nutrition Coach (CNC), and is currently studying Kinesiology at Simon Fraser University to deepen his understanding of human movement and performance.
Coach Lin currently works with over 20 active students, many from neighbouring schools such as St. George’s and Lord Byng. His programs focus on helping youth and young adults develop strength, confidence, and sustainable healthy habits.
At Lin Elite Fitness, Coach Dong Lin’s mission is simple: build stronger bodies, sharper minds, and a lifestyle that lasts.
Coach Dong specializes in personal training and kickboxing, focusing on youth training and muscle hypertrophy. Sessions are personalized to each individual or small group, maximizing results.
